My passion is being an advocate for mental health. There are so many resources available for help, yet millions still struggle. My mission is to shed light on the reality of illnesses like anxiety and depression. There are strategies and tools we can use to enhance our everyday lives and cope with past traumas from which we are still healing.

MSPCC
In February of 2024, I was asked to be interviewed by the marketing team at MSPCC as an educator and parent in the field of infant and earlychild hood mental health. Working with them was absolutely incredible and we were able to help a child who desperately needed their services and support. The awareness of mental health is extremely important to me and I am so honored that I was asked to be apart of this video for their fundraising gala "Turning Points". Watch here around 3:11
